On 20 June 2025, the KFPE will hold its annual conference. This year we will focus on AI in Global Research Partnerships. In the weeks leading up to the conference, we will host a series of online workshops on AI and global research collaborations.

This intensive two-week 4 ECTS program will take place in Zurich and is designed for students from ETH Zurich and a limited number of students from other higher education institutions. Focus: Explore the complexity of sustainable food systems, design solutions for actual challenges, jointly with stakeholders.

Swiss National Science Foundation (SNSF)

The project funding scheme enables qualified researchers to independently carry out projects on topics and research objectives of their own choosing.

The conference will take place in Bonn, Germany, and will be held in English. Abstracts of 250–350 words presenting original research related to the featured topic must be submitted by May 3, 2025.

World Food Prize Organization

An annual award of $10,000 given to a researcher under the age of 40 who is helping to significantly advance the fields of agriculture and food production.
