Every year millions of Tanzanians are entering the workforce. The SDC, through its partner Swisscontact, supports the development of professional skills for these young people so that they can find gainful employment.

The social insurance programme TASAF aims to bring people – particularly women – together for their economic empowerment. In Dar es Salaam two groups of women have bundled their energy and created sustainable small businesses.

Qualifications: University degree, preferably Master level, in natural, food or agricultural sciences, international relations, political science, or economics (Swiss citizenship)
