Qualifications: Advanced university degree (Master’s or equivalent) in aquaculture or related field (biology, marine science, ecology, agricultural science, or international relations); minimum ten years’ experience in aquaculture development and international governance; proven leadership and project management experience; extensive knowledge of global aquaculture policy and technical standards; strong oral and written communication skills; working knowledge of English and intermediate proficiency in another FAO language.

CIRAD

Qualifications: PhD in agricultural economics, political science, agronomy, or food sciences; minimum two years of relevant professional experience; proven expertise and publications on food systems in the Global South; strong analytical and writing skills for concise policy briefs; ability to liaise with Agrinatura institutions and EU delegations; good understanding of African contexts (field experience desirable); excellent written and spoken English, French an asset; willingness to travel within Europe.

Qualifications: PhD in agronomic sciences; experience with co-design of cropping systems and participatory approaches; proven integration of gender issues in agricultural research projects; strong interest in agroecological transition and family farming; ability to work with farmers and local partners in tropical contexts; excellent teamwork and communication skills; fluent French and English; field mobility (Cameroon or Benin) required.
