Home-based consultancy (35 working days until 31 March 2026) to support FAO’s project on digital technology adoption among smallholder farmers in Belarus. The specialist will assess the capacities of agricultural TechnoParks (with a focus on Gorki TechnoPark), guide field assessments, develop an evidence-based capacity-strengthening strategy and pilot one recommendation, drawing on experiences from CIS/EAEU countries. Requires an advanced degree and at least 5 years of experience in digital agriculture, innovation systems or rural development, plus working knowledge of English and Russian.
