Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in agriculture, extension, plant protection, development studies, or related field; 4–5 years of experience in capacity development or agricultural extension; strong skills in organizing trainings and workshops; excellent communication and reporting abilities; proficiency in Arabic and English; willingness to travel within and outside Egypt. Experience with e-learning tools, IPM, or date palm production is an advantage.
