Qualifications: Demonstrated expertise in advocacy, policy analysis and stakeholder engagement related to climate, biodiversity, forest conservation or sustainable finance, with strong knowledge of the German political and institutional landscape. Proven experience working with government actors, parliamentarians, NGOs and/or private sector stakeholders, ideally on international environmental or development policy. Strong analytical and strategic skills, ability to design and implement advocacy work plans, coordinate multi-actor processes and produce high-quality policy-oriented outputs.
