Qualifications: Advanced degree in business administration, international development, public policy or a related field; at least 15 years’ executive-level experience in corporate strategy, business development, resource mobilization and global partnerships in agriculture, natural resource management or related fields; strong understanding of food systems science and innovative financing; proven track record in leading organizational transformation and raising substantial funding from diverse high-value donors and investment partners; excellent leadership, negotiation and diplomatic skills; and extensive experience working in multicultural, mission-driven international organizations.
