Qualifications: A master’s degree in agriculture (Entomology, Plant Protection, Agronomy or a related field), at least two to three years of supervisory experience in the agriculture sector, a strong understanding of cotton production and sustainability issues, proven ability to coordinate field teams and deliver high-quality reports and data, and fluency in English with solid communication skills.
