Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in project management, agricultural economics, development studies, or related field. At least 15 years of experience in complex R4D or donor-funded projects, preferably in agriculture/environment. Strong project management, M&E, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills. Experience in IPM, CGIAR projects, and Gulf region is an advantage. Fluent in English and Arabic
