Qualifications: Advanced university degree (Master’s or equivalent) in agriculture, natural resources, international development, or a related field. Minimum 20 years of progressively responsible experience, including at least 15 years in senior leadership roles managing regional programs, partnerships, or stakeholder engagement in an international context, with strong experience in the Gulf/CWANA region. Proven ability to engage at high political and institutional levels, manage complex partnerships, and operate with strong diplomatic and cultural sensitivity. Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic; additional languages are an asset.
