Qualifications: Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) in agricultural sciences, agronomy, or related field; at least five years of experience in agricultural development, seed systems, or rice value chains; strong analytical, facilitation, and report-writing skills; experience working with stakeholders across government, private sector, and farmer organizations; familiarity with rice systems in the target countries; excellent communication in English and/or French.
