Senior leadership position heading FAO’s Crop and Mechanization Systems team within the Plant Production and Protection Division. The Team Leader will guide global work on sustainable cropping systems, modern agronomic practices and agricultural mechanization, support Members in climate-resilient crop production, and manage a multidisciplinary team and programme portfolio. Requires an advanced degree in agronomy or related field, at least 10 years of relevant experience (including leadership roles), and working knowledge of English plus another FAO language.
